Google Toys for the Classroom

Since starting this class, what google toys have you used outside of the class? How have you used them?

  1. I have used the search engine more effectively, and I have used my Book Thoughts Blog. I hope to use the Book Thoughts Blog for my class.

  4. I searched on google to help my son translate Spanish to English. I also used the dictionary!

  5. Oh, I remembered something else... I used the calendar to reming myself about my birthday. I think I have CRS!

  7. I used the form to send an invitation to a class I am teaching and gather information on what the students want to get out of the class.

  8. I have used Google a lot more in my classroom, to look up book info and general info...

  9. It has made my searches more affective. Outside of the other tools, I am still experimenting. I do however have plans to allow my students to access my blog next semester.

  10. I have shared my class blog with Michaela and my daughter so they could check it out. We are hoping to share it with our students soon.

    I also use the two google calendars that I set up; google docs to create several class forms, and my website.
